About the project:
Avtodom Group of Companies is the largest official dealer of luxury cars in Russia: Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW and other brands. The audience here is demanding, and the brand requires an impeccable digital level. We took on the redesign of the application and website.
Task:
Rework an outdated application and website to meet the requirements and visual concept of the brand, achieve an increase in users and callbacks, that is, not just update the image, but influence business metrics.
Solution:
We conducted extensive analysis and lengthy A/B testing, testing hypotheses step by step on a real audience. In parallel, we developed a design system from scratch together with the RE UI design system development team to ensure a unified visual language and scalability for the future.
Result:
The updated products received an increase in users and callbacks, and the created design system became the foundation for the further development of the dealer’s digital platform.
