About the project:
A large logistics and fintech taxi project (the name is hidden under an NDA). This is a full-fledged alternative to global aggregators, including a full service cycle: from ordering a car to making payments.
Task:
To design from scratch a highly complex distributed system capable of tracking thousands of cars on a map in real time, instantly selecting the optimal driver taking into account traffic jams, and also ensuring the security of internal financial transactions (billing).
Solution:
A comprehensive architecture has been created, consisting of 4 main blocks: 1. Passenger mobile application (ordering, tracking, card binding). 2. Driver’s mobile application (taximeter, shift status, routing). 3. Dispatch web panel for monitoring. 4. Billing core (Fintech) for debiting funds and calculating commissions.
Result
A full-format platform has been launched (taxi.faris.tj). The system guarantees minimal vehicle delivery time thanks to smart order distribution algorithms, uninterruptedly processes geolocation data streams (Geo-tracking) and ensures transparent financial settlements between the aggregator, taxi companies and drivers.
